Prints : All prints are made to order.  We accept exchanges and refunds for non-personalised prints. Personalised prints are non-refundable.

Textile products can be returned in an unused, new condition.

Cards: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.

Placemats and Coasters: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.

All returns are payable by the customer.

 FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS: I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please get in contact at hello@kayvincentillustration.com so we can resolve this for you!
